Open Office Concept: Good or Bad?

We can all think of our dream office that we want to spend our workday in. From a window with a picture-perfect view to a desk made for executives staged smugly in the middle of the room. Everyone ideally needs their own space at work where they can settle in and let their ground-breaking thoughts flow.

When constructing our new office, our team had a great debate over open workspaces vs. individual offices. To create a win-win situation, we included both in the renovation. We created a collaborative high-top area to have a place where we could work together or have team meetings. Creating a collaborative area for our team has been a huge hit, and we even see benefits from it.

Working around other team members can create a lively atmosphere and even increase productivity, according to Rilind Elezaj. Our team has become more productive as a result, which means that we can take on more as a team.

We love our newly renovated office space! Having the opportunity to choose where we want to work for the day has been a great work environment for our team.
